Came across this today. Is this a related project? If not, perhaps we should see about getting them to change their name; they seem to have started quite recently in comparison to us.

this project isn't related to us in anyway, besides the fact there is pokémon involved, and if they aren't stealing any of our content there isn't much to say. we don't own the rights to "pokémon online" so if someone uses it, there is nothing we can do.

Pokemon Online is a simple and easy name. There are bound to be many games with this name.

We can't do anything about it, except maybe change our name.

We actually had a topic about this a while ago. That Pokemon Online is a battle simulator, not a full-on MMO. There's no reason for us or them to change names.

Yeah, as Joe said, this is a battle simulator, I have heard of it in several forums, it was created by someone named AquaKirby
